Provided in the present application are a communication device and a base station, which are adapted to the channel and the bandwidth of a communication device without losing the front aperture of an antenna. The communication device comprises 2n radio-frequency channels. The communication device further comprises a digital unit, a topological network unit and a beam forming unit, wherein the topological network unit is connected between the digital unit and the beam forming unit, and the topological network unit comprises a first power divider and a second power divider; the first power divider and the second power divider each comprise 2n branching ports and one combining port, the branching ports of the first power divider and the 2n radio-frequency channels being connected to the side where the digital unit is located, the combining port of the first power divider being connected to the combining port of the second power divider, and the branching ports of the second power divider and the 2n radio-frequency channels being connected to the side where the beam forming unit is located; and n is a natural number, and n ≥ 1.
