Abstract:
A communication device (51) includes a first electrode (513), a communication unit (511), a second electrode (514), and a stable potential terminal (512). The first electrode (513) has a first coupling capacitance formation surface (5131) and a second coupling capacitance formation surface (5132) formed opposite the first coupling capacitance formation surface (5131), and performs transmission and/or reception of a communication signal via a first coupling capacitance (C1) from the first coupling capacitance formation surface (5131). The communication unit (511) performs transmission of a communication signal to the first electrode (513) and/or reception of a communication signal from the first electrode (513). The second electrode (514) is disposed with a prescribed space from the second coupling capacitance formation surface (5132) so as to have a second coupling capacitance (C2) together with the second coupling capacitance formation surface (5132). The stable potential terminal (512) is electrically connected to the second electrode (514).
