Abstract:
Provided is a communication device with which it is possible to transmit and receive high potential signals. This communication device has a shared device provided with first to fourth transistors, a transmission terminal, a reception terminal, an antenna terminal and first and second control terminals. The transmission terminal is electrically connected to one of the source or drain of the first and second transistors, the reception terminal is electronically connected to one of the source or the drain of the third and fourth transistors, the antenna terminal is electrically connected to other of the source or drain of the second and fourth transistors, the first control terminal is electrically connected to the gate of the second and the third transistor, and the second control terminal is electrically connected to the gate of the first and fourth transistor. The semiconductors of the first to fourth transistors each include metal oxide.
