Abstract:
A communication device (100) according to the present invention is connected to a communication network. A storage unit (1006) stores a plurality of pairs of identifiers and setting information. A communication unit (1001) transmits a first message to the communication network to cause the first message to propagate in the communication network, and receives from the communication network a response message that is transmitted in response to the first message and that includes any of the identifiers stored in the storage unit (1006). A message generation unit (1002) acquires from the storage unit (1006) the setting information that is paired up with the identifier included in the response message and generates a second message including the acquired setting information. The communication unit (1001) transmits the second message to a transmission source of the response message via the communication network.
