Abstract:
A communication device (10) constructs a network using the peer-to-peer model. The communication device comprises: a surrounding network status verification means (155) which verifies the status of a network in the vicinity of a local node which is said communication device; and a determination means (155) which determines whether the local node is a hub node on the basis of the verified network status and the number of nodes adjacent to the local node.
