Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a communication device, a communication method, and a program by which increase of a communication band to a GWR during execution of dual connectivity can be suppressed without performing extra settings for each base station. The communication device according to the present invention can suppress increase of a communication band because the communication device can transmit a communication packet via a shorter route than before. Further, this shortcut of a communication route may be set in the communication device, and extra settings for each base station are not required.
