Abstract:
In the present invention, after a communication device 1 was unable to properly respond to an INVITE message, if a transmission/reception unit 11 has received an OPTIONS message for recovery detection from an opposite business operation, control is performed so as to respond properly to the OPTIONS message when the communication device has recovered from a failure, and to not respond to the OPTIONS message when not recovered from the failure.
