Abstract:
In the present invention, a communication device that moves between a plurality of areas and that communicates with a prescribed information processing device has: a registration unit for communicating a first IP address that is changed by the movement of the communication device, and a second IP address that is not changed by the movement, to an accommodating device corresponding to the area to which the communication device belongs from among a plurality of accommodating devices that respectively correspond to one of a plurality of areas, and thereby registering in the accommodating device information for causing a packet addressed to the second IP address from the prescribed information processing device to be encapsulated by the first IP address and transmitted; and a packet processing unit for decapsulating a packet encapsulated by the first IP address to a packet addressed to the second IP address. Communication relating to a communication device with a changing IP address is thereby made more efficient.
