Abstract:
The present technology pertains to a communication device, a communication method, and a communication system that enable collecting communication quality measurement values regarding a side link. Provided is a communication device comprising a control unit that controls, on the basis of information enabling measurement of communication quality of wireless communication with another communication device, the measurement of the communication quality of a side link with the other communication device, whereby communication quality measurement values regarding the side link can be collected. The present invention can be applied to, for example, a communication device that is mounted inside or outside a vehicle.
