Abstract:

The present invention provides a communication device that appropriately implements SR communication and MU communication. This communication device that operates as a base station is provided with: a determination unit for determining a communication status within a BSS thereof; and a control unit for controlling transmission and reception of a signal relating to terminal connection change to and from surrounding base stations in accordance with the communication status. The determination unit determines the presence of a small number of terminals that are not included in the distribution of an implementation status of spatial reuse communication or multiuser communication of all terminals under the command thereof, and transmits a signal requesting the small number of terminals to connect with the surrounding base stations or a signal inquiring of the surrounding base stations about the acceptance of the small number of terminals.
