Abstract:
A communication device according to the invention is provided with: a channel estimation unit that estimates impulse responses on the basis of signals using sound waves respectively received by a plurality of underwater sound locaters; a long-delay removal unit that removes, from the impulse responses, long-delayed responses, thereby generating after-removal impulse responses; a weighting factor calculation unit that calculates a weighting factor on the basis of the after-removal impulse responses; and a combination unit that, on the basis of the weighting factor, combines the signals respectively received by the plurality of underwater sound locaters.
