Abstract:
To provide a communication device with which it is possible to estimate the number of incoming waves with high precision. A communication device 10 comprises an antenna 101, a matrix calculation unit 103 for calculating a first matrix having a singular value of a reception signal matrix on the basis of a reception signal received from the antenna 101, a matrix calculation unit 104 for extracting a reception signal in a specific frequency range from the reception signal and calculating a second matrix having a singular value of a second reception signal matrix on the basis of the extracted reception signal, and an incoming-wave number estimation unit 105 for estimating the number of incoming waves of the reception signal on the basis of the first matrix and the second matrix.
