Abstract:
The present invention relates to a communication device and a communication method which make it possible to change operation state more appropriately. Provided is a communication device comprising: a communication unit having at least part of a configuration for performing wireless communication using two or more frequency bands; and a control unit that performs a control that switches the configuration between a first state, in which wireless communication is performed using two or more frequency bands, and a second state, in which full-duplex wireless communication is performed using one or more frequency bands. The present invention can be applied to, for example, a communication device constituting a wireless LAN system.
