Abstract:
A communication device (1) is characterized by being provided with a plurality of optical transmitters/receivers (11-1, 11-2, 11-3) for outputting an optical signal, an optical coupler (12) for combining a plurality of optical signals differing in frequency and generating a transmit signal, and an optical filter unit (13) for acquiring receive band information that indicates a signal band of the transmit signal after being subjected to band narrowing in a transmission path (3) to a receive-side communication device (2) and limiting the signal band of the transmit signal before transmission in conformity with the signal band indicated by the receive band information.
