Abstract:
This communication device used in a wireless communication system is provided with: a receiving unit which receives encoded information to which a prescribed identifier has been applied, from another communication device, and which, by decoding said encoded information, acquires a prescribed number of sequences that will serve as candidates for a final decoding result, and performs an error detection code-based test using a plurality of identifiers, for each of the prescribed number of sequences; and a sequence selection unit which, when the receiving unit has succeeded in the error detection code-based test on a plurality of the sequences, selects, from among said plurality of sequences, the one having the highest likelihood as a final decoding result.
