Abstract:
[Problem] To preclude radio quality deterioration and abrupt reduction in a communication band due to shielding such that significant reduction of the user sensory quality can be avoided. [Solution] This device is provided with: a wireless communication unit 31 that wirelessly communicates with base stations 3, 4, 5 which are connection destinations; a position information acquisition unit 32 that acquires position information about the device; a storage unit 34 that stores shielding history information about a shielding occurrence position where radio quality deterioration has occurred due to shielding in the past; and a control unit 33 that determines, for the current connection destination and/or a future connection destination, the risk of occurrence of radio quality deterioration due to shielding on the basis of the shielding history information and the position information about the device, and controls the connection destination of the device in accordance with the risk determination result.
