Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a communication device capable of determining whether new data traffic can be accepted, by not comparing throughput only but also considering other parameters, when data traffic is received. This communication device (10) comprises: a determination unit (11) that determines whether to accept a flow relating to a new wireless terminal (30), the determination being made in accordance with the transmission state of a plurality of data packets included in the flow, which is to be transmitted between the wireless terminal (30) and a base station (20) and which has a prescribed transmission deadline; and a communication unit (12) that sends, to the base station (20), instruction information indicating whether to accept the flow relating to the new wireless terminal (30).
