A communication device (300) is disposed inside an aircraft and is capable of communicating wirelessly with a base station on the ground. The communication device (300) comprises a transmission unit (312), a reception unit (314), and a control unit (310). The control unit (310) acquires aircraft location information at a prescribed time and communicates with the base station using a communication resource allocation pattern in accordance with the aircraft location information.
