Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention enables transmission/reception of a high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) signal with a high-speed serial communication method other than the HDMI method. [Solution] This communication device comprises an encoder that generates a packet including an HDMI signal and complying with a time division duplex (TDD) communication method, and a communication unit that transmits the packet to a communication partner device in each of a plurality of separate periods obtained by dividing one TDD burst period of the TDD communication method.
