A communication device for a vehicle is provided with: a housing (4) provided in a vehicle (1); a communication unit (14) incorporated in the housing; and a heat dissipation component (15) provided so as to be in a thermal conducting state with the communication unit, wherein the heat dissipation component has a heat dissipation unit (15b) that functions as an antenna of the communication unit.
