Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a communication device capable of reducing the effect of noise and accurately performing communications pursuant to the BroadR-Reach communication standard. A communication device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a connector to which a communication line is connected, and a signal output unit that outputs transmission signals to the connector. The communication device, which performs communications pursuant to the BroadR-Reach communication standard, is provided with a low-pass filter arranged in the signal transmission path from the signal output unit to the connector. The cutoff frequency f of the low-pass filter is characterized by satisfying the condition of f>66.7MHz. In addition, it is preferable that the cutoff frequency f for the communication device satisfies the condition of 66.7MHz
