Abstract:
[Problem] To realize, with a more preferable mode, a polarized MIMO, in a communication device configured to be movable. [Solution] Provided is a communication device which includes a plurality of antenna units that transmit or receive a wireless signal, a communication control unit that controls the transmission or reception of the wireless signal via at least one of the plurality of antenna units, and a housing that contains the communication control unit. Each of the plurality of antenna units: is held in proximity to each of a plurality of partial regions, which are located so that the normal directions mutually intersect or are mutually skewed, among the outer faces of the housing; propagates in a direction approximately perpendicular to the relevant partial region; and transmits or receives first and second wireless signals having mutually different polarization directions.
