Abstract:
The present disclosure discloses a communication handover method. The method comprises: determining whether times of initiating a conditional handover or the conditional handover being not completed is greater than a predetermined threshold within a predetermined period by a user equipment /base station; and ceasing to initiate the conditional handover /configure a new conditional handover within the predetermined period by the user equipment /base station when the times is greater than the predetermined threshold. The present disclosure also discloses a communication handover apparatus.
