Abstract:
Provided are a communication management system, a communication system, a management method, and a program that can more easily manage a state when communication by power line communication is disabled. A communication management system (1) performs communication that is different from power line communication, with a power line communication system that includes a plurality of communication terminals that perform power line communication. The communication management system (1) is provided with an acquisition unit (101), a request processing unit (102), and a notification unit (103). The acquisition unit (101) acquires communication information that indicates that communication by power line communication in at least one communication terminal among the plurality of communication terminals is disabled. The request processing unit (102) requests, when the acquisition unit (101) receives the communication information, one or more communication terminals among the above-described at least one communication terminal to respond. The notification unit (103) performs, when response information corresponding to the request is not received from the power line communication system, notification corresponding to the communication information.
