Abstract:
A communication managing device (110) manages a communication line (130). A
decision unit (111) decides a permitted communication amount which permits
a communication terminal device (120) of a user to perform communication by using
a communication line (130) according to a fee for connection to the communication
line (130) paid by the user prior to the connection to the communication line (130).
A report unit (112) reports an identifier associated with the permitted communication
amount to the user. A reception unit (113) receives a request for connection to
the communication line (130) together with the current communication amount
an the identifier in the current connection to the communication line from the
communication terminal device (120). According to the identifier, a judging
unit (114) judges whether the current communication amount is smaller than the
permitted communication amount. If the current communication amount is judged
to be smaller than the permitted communication amount, a connection unit (115)
connects the communication terminal device (120) of the user to the communication
line (130).
