Abstract:
This communication mat (13) is provided with: mats (1) incorporated with an antenna which resonates at frequencies in the HF band, and which are laid on a floor or a road; and a main mat (3) incorporated with a tag which is electromagnetically coupled to the antenna and wirelessly communicates with the outside. The multiple mats (1) are placed around the main mat (3) thus expanding the communication area of the main mat (3) to the range of the mats (1) placed therearound.
