Abstract:
A communication method and apparatus based on a telecommunication network, applied to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: a first terminal sends a guide page obtaining request to a new call server; the first terminal receives a guide page from the new call server, the guide page carrying a download address of a component, and the component being configured to implement an IMS service; the first terminal downloads the component from the new call server according to the download address of the component, and loads the component.
