Abstract:

Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a communication method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The communication method comprises: determining a target buffer status report (BSR) format on the basis of a comparison result of a first identifier and a first numerical value, wherein the first identifier is the maximum logical channel group (LCG) identifier in LCG identifiers of an LCG having buffer data; and generating a BSR according to the target BSR format. An uplink transmission resource can be rationally used to report a BSR.
