Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a communication method, apparatus and system, for solving the existing problem that multicast transmission is unreliable. The method comprises: a first apparatus determines a first status Protocol Data Unit (PDU), the first status PDU being used for indicating a receiving status of at least one data PDU from a second apparatus, the at least one data PDU being transmitted in a multicast manner; and the first apparatus sends the first status PDU to the second apparatus. The first apparatus feeds back the receiving status of the data PDU to the second apparatus for informing the second apparatus of which data PDUs are not received, so that the second apparatus can determine, according to service requirements, whether the data PDU is required to be retransmitted, thereby improving the reliability of multicast transmission.
