Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a management method, apparatus and system for a target terminal. The method comprises: a label management function network element sending a first instruction to an access network device, wherein the first instruction comprises information of a target terminal, the target terminal comprises a first terminal, and the first instruction instructs the access network device to execute a first operation on the target terminal; and the label management function network element receiving a result of the first operation, wherein the result of the first operation comprises an identifier of the first terminal. The method can reduce the burden of an application service function network element, and can also extend the application range of passive Internet of Things technology, thereby providing wider application scenarios.
