Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a communication method and apparatus, and a terminal, a base station and a storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal receiving at least two sets of configurations that are sent by a base station, wherein each of the at least two sets of configurations includes carrier information or BWP information, which represents a carrier or a BWP configured by a network side for a specific terminal, a specific slice or a specific service for performing random access.
