Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of communications, and in particular to a communication method and apparatus for increasing a data sending rate during uplink transmission. The solution is applied to a terminal, and comprises: a terminal acquiring a first message, wherein the first message is used for indicating that the terminal has different communication capacities when communicating with a first cell in at least two time resources; and the terminal communicating with the first cell according to the respective communication capacities of the terminal when communicating with the first cell in the at least two time resources.
