Abstract:
A communication method and apparatus, the principle of the method being: a protocol stack between a first network device and a terminal device is simplified, thereby simplifying the process of processing data, and increasing processing speed. For example, the first network device, for N data packets received from a second network device, is able to not add a PDCP SN to the N data packets, in contrast to solutions in which PDCP SNs must be added to the N data packets, and thus data processing speeds are increased.
