Abstract:
Provided are a communication method and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: when a resource conflict occurs between a service scheduled by high-layer signaling and a service scheduled by first DCI, and non-sequential transmission occurs between the service scheduled by the first DCI and a service scheduled by second DCI, determining, according to whether the scheduling performed by the first DCI is executed, whether to restore the execution of the scheduling performed by the high-layer signaling. On the basis of the scheme, whether to restore the execution of the scheduling performed by high-layer signaling is determined according to whether the scheduling performed by first DCI is executed, thereby satisfying performance requirements of a service scheduled by the high-layer signaling when restoring the execution of the scheduling performed by the high-layer signaling is determined.
