Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a communication method and a communication apparatus. The communication method comprises: a first device acquiring first signal measurement information of a satellite, wherein the first signal measurement information is obtained by means of performing measurement according to a satellite signal of the satellite; and the first device sending first parameter information to a terminal device or a location management function device, wherein the first parameter information is used by the terminal device to measure the satellite signal, and the first parameter information is acquired according to the first signal measurement information. By means of the communication method, no third-party server needs to be deployed in a network, the relevant 3GPP standards can be followed, and a terminal device or a location management function device can acquire parameters of a satellite, thereby reducing the complexity and cost of the network.
