Abstract:
Provided are a communication method and apparatus, relating to the technical field of communications; the method comprises: a terminal device determining a first resource, the first resource being located in a data transmission time window, the data transmission time window being used for receiving downlink information; the terminal device using the first resource to request a second resource from the network device, the second resource being used for sending uplink information. The method provided by embodiments of the present application uses a resource located in the data transmission time window to request an uplink resource, such that the extra power consumption caused by the terminal device requesting the uplink resource is decreased, thereby reducing the power consumption of the terminal device.
