Abstract:
A communication method and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: a first device receiving first information, determining a target TR pattern according to the first information, and according to the target TR pattern, sending information or demodulating the received information. The target TR pattern is a sub-pattern of a longest TR pattern. The longest TR pattern comprises a set of subcarriers serving as reserved carriers. The longest TR pattern may comprise a plurality of TR sub-patterns of different lengths. For example, a first TR pattern corresponding to a first length is a sub-pattern of the longest TR pattern, and a second TR pattern corresponding to a second length is also a subset of the longest TR pattern. The TR sub-patterns of different lengths may correspond to different carrier bandwidths or number of RBs, etc. In this way, by only storing the longest TR pattern, the device can select a TR pattern of a proper length as the target TR pattern according to the longest TR pattern. TR patterns respectively corresponding to the carrier bandwidths or the number of RBs do not need to be independently stored, so that a same part of the TR patterns of different lengths can be prevented from being repeatedly stored, thereby saving the storage space.
