Abstract:
The present application provides a communication method and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: a first communication apparatus sends a first communication frame to a second communication apparatus, the first communication frame being used for channel quality measurement; and the first communication apparatus receives a second communication frame from the second communication apparatus, the second communication frame comprising first indication information, and the first indication information being used for indicating at least one frequency band for improving a power spectral density in the communication frame having robustness, or the first indication information being used for indicating the channel quality of at least one frequency band in the communication frame having the robustness. The reliability of power line communication can be improved.
