Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and provides a communication method, a device, and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal receives a first message from an access network device, the first message comprising information of one or more first PLMNs that provide a disaster roaming service; and when the terminal determines, according to the first message, that the PLMNs providing a service for the terminal has a DC, the terminal sends a second message to the access network device, the second message being used for requesting a target PLMN in the one or more first PLMNs to provide a service for the terminal.
