Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a communication method and device. The method comprises: a first terminal determining a power parameter value of the first terminal, the power parameter value of the first terminal comprising a desired received power of the first terminal; and the first terminal sending first information to a second terminal, the first information being used to indicate at least the power parameter value of the first terminal. After receiving the first information, the second terminal determines, according to the power parameter value of the first terminal indicated by the first information, transmitted power of the second terminal communicating with the first terminal. Since the transmitted power is determined on the basis of the power parameter value of the first terminal,received power of the first terminal receiving information from the second terminal is close to the desired received power of the first terminal, thereby improving a success rate of communication between the second terminal and the first terminal and improving receiving performance of the first terminal.
