Abstract:

The embodiments of the present invention disclose a communication method and device. Said method comprises: receiving configuration information from an access network device, the configuration information comprising radio resource control (RRC) establishment request configuration information; and generating an RRC establishment request according to the RRC establishment request configuration information, the RRC establishment request carrying a first identifier, the RRC establishment request further carrying at least one of a second identifier or non access stratum (NAS) signaling, the first identifier being the identifier of a terminal device, and the second identifier being the identifier of a core network device; and sending the RRC establishment request to the access network device. The embodiments of the present invention improve communication efficiency.
