Abstract:
The present application provides a communication method and a communication device for reducing or avoiding the intensity of radiation to human body. The method comprises: a terminal device sends a notification message which is used for notifying information about the radiation intensity of the terminal device when the terminal device uses a first beam and/or a first antenna panel to a network device; and the terminal device sends data using a second beam and/or a second antenna panel, wherein the radiation intensity of the terminal device when the terminal device sends data using the second beam and/or the second antenna panel is less than that of the terminal device when the terminal device uses the first beam and/or the first antenna panel.
