Provided is a communication method, comprising: acquiring first spatial correlation parameter information, wherein the first spatial correlation parameter information is spatial correlation parameter information of a first target signal, and the first spatial correlation parameter information comprises a resource index of a first reference signal; determining first transmission information according to the resource index of the first reference signal, the first transmission information comprising first antenna panel information and/or a first spatial characteristic parameter; and receiving or sending the first target signal according to the first transmission information. An objective of the communication method and communication device provided in the present invention is to enable a terminal apparatus or a network apparatus to flexibly determine a better spatial characteristic parameter or antenna panel in a beam training process.
