An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for performing communication by a UE. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state configuration at time point t0 from a network, wherein the TCI state configuration includes i) a configuration of a first TCI state for a first transmission/reception point (TRP) and ii) a configuration of a second TCI state for a second TRP; configuring a first reception beam with a first antenna panel at time point t1 on the basis of the first TCI state; configuring a second reception beam with a second antenna panel at time point t2 on the basis of the second TCI state; and simultaneously performing communication with the first TRP and the second TRP by using the configured first reception beam and the configured second reception beam after tdelay from time point t0, wherein there is a time difference of toffset between time point t1 and time point t2, and tdelay includes toffset.
