Abstract:
Provided are a communication method and a related communication apparatus, and a medium and a chip. In the communication method, a target access network device receives first information, wherein the first information indicates a relationship between a first network slice of a first network and a second network slice of a second network, the first network being different from the second network; and the target access network device executes, at least on the basis of the first information, access control from a terminal device to the target access network device. In this way, by means of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the target access network device can execute access control over the terminal device during cross-network access, thereby reducing access delay, reducing the problem of service interruption of the terminal device due to a session being rejected, and ensuring service continuity of the terminal device.
