Abstract:

Disclosed are a communication method and a related device. The method comprises: a network device determines a first resource set, where resources of the first resource set consist of some resources of one cell or consist of resources of multiple cells, the resources that the first resource set comprises are periodic and at a same transmission moment, the first resource set only serves one terminal device or one terminal device group, the terminal device group consists of multiple terminal devices, and, at different transmission moments, resources used for transmission in a same direction in the first resource set occupy a same frequency-domain position on a same carrier; and the network device transmits resource configuration information to the terminal device via a high-level signaling, the resource configuration information being used for indicating the first resource set. The employment of embodiments of the present invention reduces downlink and uplink interferences and reduces a switching frequency for the terminal device.
