Embodiments of the present application provide a communication method and a related device. The communication method comprises: an access point (AP) sends, at a starting moment of a first time slice, first instruction information to a first station (STA) in a plurality of STAs, the first instruction information being used for instructing the first STA to contend for an opportunity of sending a packet on a first spectrum; the AP receives, in the first time slice, the packet sent by the first STA using the first spectrum; the AP sends, in a second time slice, second instruction information to a second STA in the plurality of STAs, the second instruction information being used for instructing the second STA to send a packet in the second time slice using a second spectrum; the AP receives, in the second time slice, the packet sent by the second STA using the second spectrum, wherein the first time slice does not overlap the second time slice, and the first spectrum does not overlap the second spectrum. By adopting the embodiments of the present application, the latency requirements of a STA service can be effectively ensured.
