Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a communication method, a terminal device and a network device, the method comprising: a terminal device receives configuration information of a first control resource set, the configuration information of the first control resource set comprising mapping mode information for the first control resource set; and the terminal device determines a mapping mode between a control channel element (CCE) in the first control resource set and a resource element group (REG) in the first control resource set according to the mapping mode information for the first control resource set, the REG in the first control resource set occupying a symbol in a time domain and occupying a resource block (RB) in a frequency domain. According to the communication method of the embodiments of the present application, the mapping mode between a CCE and an REG is determined on the basis of a granularity that is greater than the RE granularity of REGs defined in existing technology, which is beneficial to reducing time delay generated when determining the mapping relationship between a CCE for transmitting a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) and an REG.
