Abstract:
A communication method according to a first aspect of the present invention is executed by a user device in a mobile communication system for providing a multicast broadcast service (MBS). The communication method comprises: a step for receiving MBS data from a base station via a multicast radio bearer (MRB); a step for receiving, from the base station, a radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message for instructing a bearer type change for the MRB; a step for triggering, in response to the fact that the bearer type change instructed by the RRC reconfiguration message is a change to a MRB type of an acknowledged mode (AM), transmission of a PDCP status report indicating the data reception situation in a PDCP entity associated with the MRB; and a step for transmitting the PDCP status report to the base station.
