Abstract:
An operation method for a communication system using physical layer partitioning, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: extracting an initial random access signal from an uplink signal in a first physical layer of a first communication node of the communication system; reducing the amount of data of the initial random access signal extracted in the first physical layer; and, in a second physical layer of a second communication node of the communication system, calculating a time synchronization error by using the initial random access signal in which the amount of data has been reduced.
